The short version: Arth collects no personal data. Ever. Nothing your child does in the app leaves their device. No accounts, no ads, no tracking, no third-party code — and the AI runs entirely on the iPhone itself.

01What we collect

Nothing. Arth has no sign-up, no login, and no servers of its own. Kodekt Labs does not collect, store, transmit, sell, or share any personal information — from children or adults.

02What stays on the device

The first name typed at setup, the chosen age and avatar, learning progress, virtual coins, streaks and quiz results are stored only in the app's private storage on the device. Deleting the app deletes all of it. None of it is ever transmitted anywhere.

03Apple Intelligence

Arth's AI features — simpler explanations, quiz hints, news decoding, and the weekly parent digest — run entirely on-device using Apple's on-device foundation models. No question, answer, or learning data is sent to Kodekt Labs or to any cloud service.

04News headlines

The Khabar Lab feature fetches publicly available news headlines from Indian news publishers over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. These requests carry no personal information and no identifiers. Original articles open in the browser only after an adult completes the parental gate.

05Ads, tracking & third parties

Arth contains no advertising, no analytics SDKs, no tracking of any kind, and no third-party code. The app's App Store privacy label reads "Data Not Collected" — and this page is the long-form proof.

06Virtual money only

Every coin, garden and game inside Arth is 100% virtual. The app contains no real-money features and no in-app purchases inside lessons or games.

07Parental gate

External links and the weekly parent digest sit behind a parental gate designed for adults, in line with Apple's guidelines for child-directed apps.

08Children's privacy

Arth is designed for children aged 10–14. Because the app collects no data whatsoever, no personal information from children is ever processed — consistent with the principles of COPPA and India's Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act.

09Changes to this policy

If this policy ever changes, the update will appear on this page with a new date. Since the app collects nothing, we expect this page to stay boring.
